Permission to Say No

This week, I’m giving myself permission to say no to writing the kind of post I normally would.

After dealing with a healthcare issue (I’m fine), I do not have the energy or desire to force something more thoughtful.

I recognize the irony of posting while talking about saying no.

Every so often, we need to pause and say yes to something more important.
