One Word Submissions — when you submit your One Word for the year, I collect the word itself, the entry timestamp, and an anonymous browser identifier. This identifier helps reduce duplicate submissions from the same device while keeping your input anonymous.

Send you the content you requested (e.g., quiz results, blog emails, invitations to scheduled coaching sessions)

When you complete the Retirement Readiness Quiz, I collect your first and last name to help ensure the integrity of the data and connect results with a possible coaching session. Your quiz data:
Remains anonymous unless you choose to share your email
May be used in aggregate form to identify trends and support future resource development
Will never be shared publicly in a way that identifies you

I use trusted third-party tools to help deliver services, communicate effectively, operate this website smoothly and securely, and understand how visitors engage with the site:

Quiz platform — ScoreApp, for delivering and storing Retirement Readiness Quiz results
Scheduling — Acuity Scheduling, for booking coaching sessions

One Word submissions — Google Sheets, to store submitted words, timestamps, and anonymous browser identifiers
